Design and facilitated the three-day leadership and management retreat for Transparency International (Pacific Chapters). We were pleased to have facilitated the Transparency International Pacific Leadership & Advocacy Strategy Meeting. Bringing together regional chapters, the Transparency International Secretariat, and external partners, our team designed and guided a collaborative space focused on overcoming critical governance and capacity challenges in the Pacific Island nations. By fostering open dialogue and mutual accountability, we helped empower a connected cohort of anti-corruption leaders. Our facilitation directly contributed to building a more cohesive, coordinated regional movement equipped to tackle complex vulnerabilities—including those linked to climate finance and resource extraction—while boosting the visibility, funding potential, and strategic influence of Pacific chapters. Technical support includes co-developing the facilitation guide, ensuring alignment with the theme ‘Leadership and meaningful engagement: Strengthening Integrity in the Pacific’.
